Cropsey Commercial WaterfrontsJames Cropsey has been involved with commercial and industrial waterfront real estate since 1977 in the United States, Canada and Switzerland. He has practiced waterfront commercial real estate brokerage throughout the northeastern United States. Mr. Cropsey has developed waterfront commercial properties from New York to Maine and assisted developing projects in Switzerland. He manages commercial waterfront properties throughout the northeast. Mr. Cropsey has been an adjunct professor at Southern New Hampshire University.
